You will interface directly with the Executive Leadership Team about development and delivery of planned actions.About youIdeally qualified in business, public policy or social science, your experience in working with a range of stakeholders, handling a busy workload, strong writing skills, understanding of the local government planning and reporting frameworks, City of Whittlesea policies and procedures as well as working in a team environment is key to your success in this role.In order to apply for this role, you will be required to provide a CV and address the following key selection criteria:Working knowledge of the process for developing strategic business or service plans, including collaboration, information gathering and analysis, and compilationExperience in analysing data and preparing reports on sameExperience in problem solving techniquesAbility to communicate effectively with a broad range of people at all levelsEffective time management skills to plan, prioritise, co-ordinate multiple projects concurrentlyWell-developed computing skills, with particular emphasis on the use and maintenance of databases and especially extracting data to inform reportingAbility to assist with community workshops, representing Council and acting as an intermediary between Council and the CommunityIf this sounds like you, then you should definitely apply!Want to know more?For more information about this position please access a copy of the position description via the link below.
