Key Responsibilities: Diary and email management to keep the Sales Director organised and on track Liaise with vendors and some buyers to ensure smooth communications throughout the sales process Coordinate and attend property photoshoots for marketing purposes Coordinate marketing collateral including the updating of social media platforms Liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to ensure all parties are informed and tasks are completed on time Full sales administration support to a team of three agents Prepare for and attend weekly meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place Assist with the exchanging of contracts and the settlement process Maintain team stock and settlement presents to ensure everything is in order for settlements Prepare all open inspection packs for both mid-week and weekend inspections Coordinate auction preparation and other event-related tasks Ad hoc administrative duties as required by the team What We Offer: $85,000 Total Package (Flexible for the right candidate) Parking Provided for easy access to work Monday to Friday workweek Dynamic Team Environment with opportunities for growth and career advancement The Ideal Candidate: Experience required: Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence & a car Real Estate experience is essential Must have good computer skills and proficiency with systems such as RP Data and Campaign Track Well-presented, organised, and hardworking Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organised and experienced professional to work closely with a successful sales team in a well-established real estate agency.
