We are seeking a dedicated HSE Administrator to support our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety across our operations.
Duties
* Administration duties include but are not limited to administrative support for the HSE department; Health & Safety, Hygiene, Injury
* Management, Security & Emergency Services and Environment.
* Coordination of HSE meetings including HSE Leadership meetings, Quarterly HSE forums and ad-hoc meetings.
* Support training initiatives for staff on HSE protocols.
Skills & Experience
* 3-5 years prior in the mining and resource industry.
* Highly competent across all Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with incident management databases and any exposure to HSE systems will be highly regarded.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a close knit, dynamic team environment are all pre-requisites for this role.
