The role will identify customers’ product requirements and support the Merchandise/Marketing team from a customer’s perspective.This role will provide support of stock and inventory levels across Stores and Warehouses by collating data from various operational systems, utilising BI Tools and Data Lakes. The incumbent will provide insights on catalogue performance, range reviews, post-seasonal reports, and weekly performance reports.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support in managing company store catalogue orders.Manage company store clearance and relevant reporting.Provide Merchandise with reports, analytics, outcomes, and feedback.Monitor DC and category sales and margin performance daily.Coordinate process and analyse the impact of warehouse supplier pricing reviews via logging of key dates, financial impact, margin gain opportunities, data interpretation, and communication with Global and Markinson Price File coordinators.Support the Merchandise Planning Manager by providing the GM Merchandise with predetermined reports on a regular basis within specific timeframes (i.e., monthly budget data, category sales analysis, CPG tracking, LTI tracking).Develop own reports in accordance with Senior Analyst data suites and templates to be used on multiple occasions to help inform the Merchandise team (i.e., Global vs Markinson alignment in status, codes, preferred supplier, SOH, post-seasonal, range reviews, etc.).Provide monthly and weekly supplier sales and stock reporting.The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from AUD 85,000 to AUD 95,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset.About You2+ years hands-on experience in data analytics or equivalent qualifications.Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning, and Replenishment functions is an advantage.High commercial and financial acumen.Momentum Pro, Pronto, and advanced level of Excel skills.Superior analytical and numerical skills including retailer POS analysis.Demonstrated proficiency in SQL skills is an advantage.Opportunity to join an Australian-owned, ASX listed company and work with an iconic brand.Asia Pacific’s leading provider of vehicle parts, accessories, equipment, service, and solutions.Opportunity to make a genuine impact in a growing organisation.Potential for career growth and personal development.Exclusive discounts and benefits across our Burson Auto Parts trade stores as well as our retail stores including Autobarn, Opposite Lock, Midas Australia, and ABS Service Centres.Extra day off a year for your birthday.Free undercover parking at Mount Waverley for all employees.Industry-leading Paid Parental Leave & Employee Assistance Program.Bapcor embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion as integral components of our organisational culture.
