Our projects include major road and rail infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects, urban developments and subdivisions, and airports and airfields.We have over 170 team members with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for our wide range of clients.About the OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Supervisor to join our team based at Hendra.The role:Manage on site construction activities to ensure construction program is being metAbility to supervise multiple crews giving clear precise instructionsCollaborate with the Project Manager and deliver cost effective construction methodologiesCoordinate with the Project Engineer to ensure work planned and is delivered to the highest standards in terms of quality, environmental and health and safetyProvide Quality Assurance and control sign off to relevant works in-line with Quality Assurance process and project requirementsCoordinate and participate in daily pre-start meetings, toolbox meetings to help foster a productive team environmentManage direct resourcing allocations in-line with project schedule and ensure works are planned for and aligned.
