The Role
As an integral member of a small administration team your role is to facilitate and assist in the running of the office. No company can function without a strong admin team. Versatility and a get it done attitude is essential in succeeding in this role. You will provide support for your direct report, the Administration Manager needs to facilitate in the smooth running of the Company. Your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
· Providing administrative assistance for the company and other depts as required through direction from the Administration Manager
· Facilitating the running of the Company’s admin area through various tasks to ensure smooth operations are achieved
· Assisting with various projects; start up growth, new offices, future works, etc
· Assisting with reception and events in our Gallery space
· Adhoc Administrative tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Positive, multi tasking, can-do attitude
· Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work effectively unsupervised
· Intermediate to Advanced IT skills
· Previous experience in an administrative role is ideal
· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
· Hospitality experience not essential but preferred
