Facilities Officer
* Full-time, Part-time and Casual roles available
* Full time/ Part time: hourly rate (scale 1) $31.95 (at commencement), $32.91 (after 3 months), inclusive of allowance to work weekends and public holidays
* Casual: hourly rate (scale 1) $39.94 (at commencement) $41.14 (after 3 months), inclusive of allowance to work weekends and public holidays

About the Role
As a member of the Facilities team, you will contribute to providing exceptional cleaning and venue presentation services throughout the Nature Parks precincts on Phillip Island. Your efforts will help ensure that our facilities and grounds are maintained to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting daily operations in managing cleaning and presentation of facilities, including buildings, amenities, gardens, paths, and car parks.
* Following cleaning and presentation manuals and programs.
* Following and documenting safety procedures and processes as required.
* Behaving in a way that demonstrates our values, organisational workplace behaviour and code of conduct.
* Implementing sustainability principles into all cleaning and venue presentation activities.

* Demonstrated experience in a similar cleaning and facility services role.
* Experience in the use of Maintenance Log systems, emails, and hazard reporting procedures.
* Proven knowledge on the safe use of cleaning equipment.
* Demonstrated ability to follow safe manual handling procedures.
* Ability to manage time efficiently and problem solve.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
* Willingness to follow instructions and complete tasks to a very high standard.
* Proven ability to effectively work with a diverse range of cultures
