Fieldwicks Crushing and Screening are Tasmania's leader in mobile crushing and screening operations. We pride ourselves on supplying a reliable, quality quarrying service to our clients. We require an experienced Diesel Fitter to join our workshop team for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of mobile Crushers, Screeners, Excavators, Loaders and light vehicles. The position involves reporting to the workshop supervisor and the completion of all required service and repair works, including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. The position can be based out of Devonport or Launceston and will include a considerable amount of field service work. Key Skills and Attributes Hold a current trade certificate as a Diesel Fitter (or similar) Have at least 5 years experience in maintaining and repairing heavy plant and equipment Be able to work unsupervised in a safe and efficient manner Perform tasks to a high level of quality in a timely manner Be self-motivated, hard-working, and trustworthy Hold a current driver's licence Willing to abide by Fieldwicks policies, procedures, and safety requirements If you're interested in a well-paid permanent full-time position with Tasmania's leading mobile crushing and screening company, then we would like to hear from you.
