The business is based across sites at Brendale and Caboolture with an additional Quarry arm in the Toowoomba region.About YouYou are an experienced leader with strong business acumen, operational management, and team development skills. You thrive in dynamic environments and can bring practical, hands-on experience to the role. You have the ability to lead with authority while fostering collaboration and accountability across all levels. You possess a deep understanding of equipment hire or similar industries, are adaptable, and eager to contribute to both operational efficiency and strategic growth.Your New RoleAs General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of ACS’s operations, driving efficiency, profitability, and growth. You’ll be responsible for leading the management team, improving processes, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
