The Opportunity As our Territory Manager, you will be responsible for gaining new customers and revenue in addition to retaining and growing a profitable portfolio of existing customers. You will also be accountable for best-in-class account management, pipeline and contract maintenance, and meeting Budgets, and key deliverables. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain a pipeline of new prospects and major contract renewals being negotiated as per agreed targets and pricing criteria. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities. Utilize Sales CRM to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. About You Prior experience in a similar role within Commercial/Industrial B2B sales. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to find solutions and be decisive. Ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and are driven to achieve your set targets. Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with a Sales CRM is desirable. Valid Australian Driver's License (Unrestricted).
