Job Title: WHS Advisor
We are seeking a skilled and proactive WHS Advisor to join our client's team, supporting project delivery teams and executive leadership in maintaining a positive and proactive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining effective safety practices across projects
* Staying up-to-date with OHS/WHS regulations and ensuring alignment across all activities
* Conducting site audits, risk assessments, and workplace safety training
* Investigating incidents and implementing solutions to minimise future risks
* Enhancing and maintaining safety systems, templates, and documentation
* Working closely with leadership and project teams to foster a strong safety culture
* Preparing and presenting safety performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Diploma in WHS (preferred) and solid experience with ISO45001 standards
* TAE qualification and strong knowledge of NSW building industry classifications (e.g., Class 2, Class 5)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels
* A proactive and highly organised approach to managing multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems
* Full Australian work rights, a valid driver's licence, and a current Police Check
