Role description The primary objective of graduate nurse program is to consolidate nursing skills and knowledge to a standard expected of a beginner practitioner, within the guidelines of the ANMC competences of professional practice, critical thinking and analysis, provision and coordination of care, and collaborative and therapeutic practice in a range of settings in a safe and competent manner as a developing Registered Nurse.
