About the roleYou will be responsible for the provision of high quality, accurate and timely information including recommendations and the analysis of the performance of the Practice roadmap including, the progress towards achieving business objectives and benefits, recommending investment targets, financial performance, assessment against targets and business specific measures and reviewing forecasts.You will understand the business priorities, negotiating to resolve conflicts with their selected Practice priorities and other priorities across the organisation.Key responsibilities include:Reporting the performance of a Practice including reporting effort and cost of business operations, managed services and transformation initiatives.Supporting Practice Leads and Service Owners to identify and deliver on strategic outcomes, drive performance and manage to target.Developing and maintaining relationships with senior management across the business and Technology & Transformation Division.Be financially savvy and confident working within the Enterprise Procurement Team frameworks and processes.Financial management of the practice including forecasting, target setting and supporting the monthly management reporting process for the practice.Obtaining and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the operating model and Enterprise Delivery Framework and supporting teams to adopt models and delivery cadence.About youYou will have extensive hands-on experience of portfolio management and reporting including business performance. We are looking for someone who understands multiple aspects of technology support and delivery; experience in a variety of Technology disciplines would be ideal.Detailed understanding and significant experience of Portfolio Management including:Portfolio Management.Program / Project Management.Target and forecasting processes.Management Reporting.Business analytics and data interrogation techniques.Self-starter with a drive to instigate initiatives and changes.Solution driven with creative and lateral thinking.An ability to adapt proactively to customer needs and manage expectations.Highly developed negotiation, communication, influencing and relationship development skills across all levels.So, why work with us?Want big impact that matters?
