About the Role:
As the Events Manager, you will take ownership of all corporate events, ensuring seamless planning and execution. You will:
* Manage end-to-end event planning, including conferences, networking events, and internal engagement activities
* Oversee budgets, logistics, and timelines, ensuring smooth event delivery
* Source venues, coordinate catering, AV, and event materials, and manage supplier relationships
* Develop marketing and communication strategies to drive attendance and engagement
* Manage guest lists, invitations, and post-event follow-ups to maximise impact
* Collaborate with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives
* Problem-solve and troubleshoot on event days, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees
About You To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* Proven experience in event management, ideally within a corporate, fintech, or tech-driven environment
* Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with executives, partners, and vendors
* A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve under pressure
