We are seeking a Workplace Technology & Support Manager to join our Melbourne team.The Workplace Technology & Support Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the global team of System Support Analysts across Movember’s global offices. This role prioritises team leadership, support operations management, and creating an environment where staff can deliver exceptional service to the organisation.The position focuses on managing request resolution, developing and implementing service support processes and procedures, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They are accountable for the ongoing, successful delivery of support to Movember’s staff and act as the primary escalation point for any ongoing issues across Movember. The role emphasizes people management, team development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Additionally, the role includes managing SaaS vendor relationships from both an operational and commercial perspective, ensuring optimal value and performance from all vendor partnerships, and delivering operational technology initiatives through the full lifecycle from problem solving to implementation. They will engage with key business stakeholders, understanding needs & requirements, and facilitating technology improvements across internal platforms, with a focus on enhancing support capabilities and end-user experience.For this role, you’ll need:7+ years’ experience working in technology delivery implementing change across global organisations.3+ years’ experience managing people and their professional development.Experience managing global support team functions.Deep experience across a range of application technologies (e.g. finance systems, business systems, ERP, cloud platforms).Experience across a wide range of operational technologies, including MDM, user management and general systems administration.Experience with modern Microsoft solutions including Intune, Autopilot and identity management.Experience in SaaS vendor management, including contract negotiations and service reviews.Demonstrated PowerShell scripting skills and automation experience.Knowledge of security best practices for end-user computing environments.Proficient with Microsoft solutions: O365, Powershell, InTune, Autopilot, Entra ID.Experience with Endpoint device management (Intune, Jamf).Understanding of NIST and ACSC Essential 8 security frameworks.Strong commercial sensibilities and cost-consciousness appropriate for a not-for-profit organization.Demonstrated ability to improve end-user experience through technology solutions.Desirable:Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or related disciplines.An outstanding track record of business analysis, design, conceptualising, architecting, implementing, and supporting software solutions.ITIL certification or equivalent service management qualification.Microsoft certifications related to modern workplace technologies.Experience with corporate / enterprise applications and solutions.GOOD CAUSE:Working for Movember, you’ll help raise millions for men’s health (not for a CEO’s bonus).
