We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will provide trusted advice, coaching, and support in the management and resolution of people performance and employee relations issues.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted business partner and advisor to managers and staff with respect to workforce management, coaching, and development of leadership and job-specific skills.Provide guidance, advice, and direction to managers and employees on employee, industrial, or human resources matters.Develop strategies for effective communication and negotiation with Unions and employee representatives.What You'll NeedA Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a relevant field.At least 7 years of experience in a senior generalist human resources position.Postgraduate tertiary qualifications and knowledge of best practice human resources.Comprehensive and mature understanding of the theoretical and practical application of the Fair Work Act and other Statutes.
