We are 100% owned by First Nations Traditional Owners, we are focused on engaging ethnicity & delivering diversity across our business, and we would like you to join us on our journey.About the Role :Process company invoices, cost reports, purchase orders, variations, and other required documentation in a timely manner consistent with company procedures and contract requirements.Manage the mobilisation of new staff via ERMS.Basic payroll data entry and timesheet collation and attend to staffing roster.Ensure flights and accommodation bookings are completed for all staff within project team.Management of rosters.Maintain site personnel files ensuring privacy and confidentiality.To be successful in your application you will possess the following :At least 5 years administrative experienceAt least 2 years Site Administrator experienceExperience in staff mobilisation including flights, accommodation and roster managementExperience in raising purchase orders, invoices and liaising with subcontractorsPayroll and timesheet experienceStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess riskExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testingAble to obtain a National Police CheckBackground in Facilities Management (highly desirable)Experience in BHP ERMS (highly desirable)On Offer :Be part of a new long term projectFull-time permanent role with long-term career prospectsPerth based role - Monday to Friday!Car novated lease programEmployee rewards programCompetitive compensation packageTo Apply : Please click “Apply Now”
