The Position Our client is seeking a Workshop Mechanic to join their dynamic team in Murarrie. This role is integral to maintaining and servicing the company's high-end equipment while providing support to customers both in the workshop and occasionally on-site. Key responsibilities: Conducting general and preventative maintenance. Handling workshop servicing tasks, from routine to complex. Performing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic work. Supporting clients with crane inspections, repairs, and customer service. Utilising fault-finding and diagnostic skills to deliver high-level results. This role provides opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology and offers a clear pathway to a field-based or senior workshop position. No WFH available. Ideal candidates will have: Trade qualified Mechanic / Fitter or Auto Electrician (Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle or Diesel Mechanic) Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic abilities. A proactive and reliable work ethic, with the ability to work independently. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Experience with emergency breakdowns, fault-finding, and maintenance.
