The Role:You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment whilst hiring for our skilled trades business. This is a unique role where you will be working closely with various clients to deliver against project requirements nationally. Responsibilities include: Advertising for our live vacancies on Seek and social media Phone screening multiple candidates each day Formatting suitable resumes to send onto our clients Client interaction over the phone and via email Working on recruitment strategies to make sure there is a pipeline of candidates. Reference Checks Database management including group mailers Employee Aftercare and follow-up post placement Working as a team with our other Consultants and Mobilisation Coordinator About You: You will demonstrate previous experience working as a Recruitment/Resourcing role or alternatively have a strong business development or Customer Service background Prior experience of the mining or construction industry would be highly advantageous Experience recruiting on a high volume blue collar desk Experience managing multiple, and often conflicting priorities to outcomes without sacrificing quality or timeliness Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a warm yet professional phone manner Willingness to go over and above what is expected to ensure excellent customer service is delivered each and every time Enthusiastic, Committed, and Loyal Innovative, with the ability to think outside the square.
