Technical Delivery Manager with SalesforceWe are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead distributed Salesforce teams across locations in close collaboration with the onsite BAs, TPMs, DMs from US, PL and IN.Our Client is a renowned multinational technology company celebrated for its ubiquitous search engine and diverse online services that have seamlessly integrated into the daily lives of billions worldwide.Please note that this role requires availability during evening hours (till 8 PM) to align with project needs and stakeholder coordination but offers flexibility during the day.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with onsite client stakeholders and technical team across multiple locations and multiple vendorsProvide the required project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomesIdentify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirementsManage concise definition of scope across the entire programCreate and maintain documentation relevant to the management of the program and associated projectsWork closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time)Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholdersTake responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environmentRequirementsBachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experienceProven previous experience in Salesforce technologiesExperience of client interaction and lead the project team in an onsite-offshore engagement modelShould be hands on with Salesforce. Experience with the Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud highly preferred.
