This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to Customers with respect to directional drilling technologies and services. Previous training in Schlumberger technologies and software are desired.The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams. They must have good interpersonal skills, be highly self-motivated, competent, and be able to work in a high-pressure environment as well as be willing to learn and adapt to adverse situations.Roles and Responsibilities:Adhere to the client's Quality, QHSE policies and procedures.Represent Schlumberger at the wellsite and interface with customers.Inform clients of any unusual conditions during the job and maintain direct contact with the client's representative throughout the running of service.Responsible for service delivery with respect to directional drilling technologies and services as per FDP service delivery processes for design, preparation, execution, and closure.Ensure accurate inventory and that receiving/dispatching equipment is complete.Capture field data to ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.Maintain the required safety training.Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.Requirements:No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on the company's requirements.Two-year technical degree (associate degree) is desirable.Must have a minimum of two (2) years field and offshore experience leading any M&D job.Ability to assist clients by providing solutions for drilling issues.Experience with end of well reports/client's final product delivery.Competency in SLB Software is desirable (Maxwell, HSPM, DOX, etc.)Have valid BOSIET, MSIC, ISI, and OGUK medical certificates is desirable.Valid HR/HC/MC driver's license is desirable.Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication, highly self-motivated, competent computer skills, and ability to learn new software.Can work in a high-pressure environment, learns quickly, and adapts to new problems and situations.Ability to maintain, prepare, and dispatch equipment and execute high quality of service delivery at the wellsite, in terms of safety, quality, and efficiency of operation.Must be a team player, able to get along with individuals from other groups in the organization, and a good communicator.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are essential.Available to start as soon as possible.If you are looking for an exciting career in a dynamic international company, rewarding career opportunities, and an attractive compensation package, we encourage you to apply.
