As the successful candidate you will have:
* 5+ years of insurance related experience with a proven track record of success in commercial insurance and providing risk management solutions to Mining Services companies
* Product experience including ISR, Liability and Motor.
* Willingness to undertake a 360 broking role including managing client visits and all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio
* Networking and relationship building skills
* Proven experience in developing new business ideal
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to interact with Managing Directors, Insurance Manager, CFO's and CEO's of small to large enterprises
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Tier 1 broking essential
* Competent in IT and office procedures
Duties in this role will include:
* Managing and maintaining an existing portfolio of Mining Services risks
* Introduce new business and participate in marketing campaigns for new and existing clients
* Drive revenue growth in the commercial portfolio through achieving individual and team financial objectives and targets including retention and growth targets
* Planning and developing client retention strategies
