Cardiac rehabilitation programs (CROP and CRIP) focus on lifestyle changes and heart health education. The Chest Pain Assessment Service (CPAS) provides stress testing and risk reduction strategies. The Cardiac Investigations Unit (CIU) conducts diagnostic procedures like echocardiograms and cardioversions. The Better Cardiac Care (BCC) model supports First Nations patients with culturally appropriate care and smooth healthcare transitions. A Nurse Grade 6.2 demonstrates advanced cardiac nursing skills and leadership. About the role: The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) in cardiac care supports the Nurse Unit Manager by leading staff, coordinating patient care, and managing operations. They ensure smooth transitions across units, oversee resources, mentor nurses, and contribute to quality improvement. The ANUM collaborates with teams to optimise care, handle emergencies, and promote culturally appropriate practices through programs like Better Cardiac Care. About you:
Mandatory qualification/s: Current registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
