Salary: HSO Level G9 $142,515 - $147,261 per annum

This is a permanent, Full-Time appointment at 76 hours per fortnight.
We are seeking a motivated leader to join East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) as the Manager of the Office of the Area Director Allied Health.

About the role: This key new role within EMHS Allied Health provides support and leads initiatives at the direction of the Area Director Allied Health.
The position assists with clinical and operational projects for East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) as well as coordinating and contributing to the development of new initiatives.
The successful candidate will provide high-level executive support to the Area Director Allied Health to achieve key performance indicators at a site, area, and state-wide level.
In this role, the appointee will manage projects of strategic, policy and/or operational significance to EMHS Allied Health as well as assisting in the strategic direction of EMHS Allied Health services.
About you: To succeed, you will need a strong health background with extensive clinical and operation experience.
Experience in the planning and implementation of projects addressing contemporary issues is essential to the role.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills and will be able to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders within and outside of EMHS.
