Launch Recruitment are working with a large scale organisation in uplifting and expanding their IAM capabilities. The main focus of this role is to provide architecture for identity and access management technologies, assisting in managing roadmaps whilst providing recommendations in relation to the businesses enterprise security architecture, control frameworks, governance activities and security strategy. Working in a very collaborative environment you will work with a variety of senior stakeholders as well as be an integral part of the IAM function. Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 plus super, plus bonus & benefitsLocation: MelbournePlease note this is a full time permanent position. Role and Responsibilities You will develop and maintain frameworks and roadmaps across all Identity and Access Management domains to ensure alignment with the IT strategy and business objectives. You will perform security control assessments using the CSF and other frameworks across all domains including cloud platforms. You will assist with the development of the Identity and Access Management strategy, ensuring that the strategy aligns across the business. You will assist with the Identity and Access Management strategic initiative and ensure the highest priority initiatives are fed as inputs into the Identity and Access Management program for execution. You will assist with Identity and Access Management product roadmaps to drive consistency and standardisation in identity solutions deployed by the Identity and Access Management team. You will contribute to and improve architectural governance forums to ensure appropriate activities are conducted. You will be a central point of contact for Identity and Access Management related issues and will engage with other members of Identity and Security ensuring appropriate engagement and guidance is provided to workplace projects. Experience Experience in the use and application of enterprise Identity and Access Management architecture, including strategic planning, roadmap development and pattern lifecycle management. Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders across both technology and business domains. Extensive experience ensuring major infrastructure and application project/initiatives are aligned with key identity and security principles, patterns and identifying key Identity and Access Management technologies to enable future projects. 10+ years of experience across multiple information security roles with a focus on Identity and Access Management architectures and security control frameworks (NIST, MITRE, ISO 27001 etc). Broad experience across multiple security domains including cryptographic systems, network design, firewall management, web technologies, cloud computing technologies, regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. PCI-DSS, Privacy Legislation). Experience in developing and maintaining formal architectural governance frameworks and governing initiatives. Experience with Identity and Access Management technology and solutions such as Azure AD, CyberArk, Microfocus, SailPoint. Detailed knowledge of industry standards including: SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OIDC and LDAP.
