You will play a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly while contributing to various facets of business operations. What You Will Be Doing? • Oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming workspace. • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and manage email inboxes. • Welcoming external stakeholders to the office, responding to queries and providing a professional first impression. • Provide administrative assistance to senior leaders, including calendar and schedule management, travel management, meeting coordination, and general administrative support. • Provide additional support to internal teams as required including Finance, IT, and HR.
