This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your experience, contribute to our work, and further develop your skills within the Hume Riverina Community Legal Service (HRCLS) program.This opportunity will consist of some of the below tasks:Provide courteous and efficient assistance to clients, service providers, contractors and visitors serving as the initial point of contact via phone or in-person.Provide smooth and efficient operations of the telephone system and front-of-house communication.Making legal advice appointments once triaged and deemed appropriate or as directed by lawyers.Supporting efficient operation of service delivery through tasks like maintenance of central program calendar, upkeep of stationery and amenity stocks, email management, fleet and room bookings, maintaining filing systems and transcribing correspondence including letters and documents as requested.Be a role model and promote and maintain a service culture that reflects the organisational values of unwavering integrity, considered empathy, determined advocacy, passionately optimistic and bravely collaborative.
