Your new role
The role is within the Wealth Management business, which services individuals, families and institutions. A key function of the Client Service Manager's role is the ability to deal confidently with the Financial Advisors and their clients providing outstanding service.
* Facilitation of all administrative client queries and adviser requests in a fast-paced environment
* Placing client trades on behalf of the Financial Adviser once experienced
* Client onboarding, including preparation of account documentation in systems in line with current AML/CTF, KYC regulations
* Arrange and assist in client asset transfers domestically and internationally. CHESS sponsorship, off-market, broker to broker etc
* IPO and corporate action allocation management and preparation of client valuations, asset allocations and reporting as required
* Process and monitor stock settlements, including following up with clients regarding outstanding funds.
* Proactively notify clients and the Financial Adviser of any issues recommending a solution and timeframe
* Understanding FATCA/CRS/W8BEN docuementation for regulatory requirements
What you'll need to succeed
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Commerce, Law, Accounting or similar
* RG146 - if not held already a requirement to study towards
* 2 + years experience in wealth management
* Strong communication skills to effectively deal with stakeholders and clients
* Display a high level of resilience and a strong ability to prioritise tasks
