Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll manage specific supplier panel relationships, ensuring successful negotiations, crafting specific agreements, and enhancing local supplier QCDT performances. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Commodity Managers, Project Teams, and Platform Leaders), support commodity strategy and panel elaboration, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
1. Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible outcomes for the company,
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal performance and strategic alignment,
3. Preparing and launching Request For Quotation (RFQ) with suppliers using the standard tool to secure competitive bids,
4. Monitoring sourcing project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Technology (QCDT) to maintain project timelines and budget,
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the sourcing strategy is aligned with company goals and project requirements",
6. Ensuring compliance with sourcing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

7. Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or experience in a related field,
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent commodities towards projects and teams,

10. Knowledge of commodity strategy development and execution,
11. Experience or understanding of supplier relationship management and negotiation,
12. Analytical skills to support Commodity Manager in tender phases
