You will also be part of the Broker Origination initiative team, in the Digital Platforms team within Australia Commercial.Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 and other locations within AustraliaRole Type: 12-month Fixed Term opportunityWork Schedule: Full TimeWhat will your day look like?With the customer and banker at the heart of your decision making, this role will:Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders by facilitating working groups and supporting end user business acceptance testing to ensure effective stakeholder engagement throughout the change delivery lifecycle.Lead components of change management planning and delivery, such as development of KnowHow process and reference guides for the E2E credit process and development of training schedules to equip frontline, risk and operational teams with required knowledge and training to adopt the new system and processes.Support the Change Lead with key deliverables, such as completing change impact assessments, development and execution of engagement plan and communications, completing change readiness checks, conducting pilot and national rollout hypercare, reporting to governance groups and supporting people leaders to ensuring change is successfully adopted and embedded with their teams.Collaborate with the initiative/project team to ensure that all change impacts, risks and dependencies are considered and built into the change delivery plan.Contribute to the continuous improvement and refinement of overall change management and delivery techniques.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Excellent stakeholder management skills, with effective communication, influencing and relationship building ability.Demonstrable functional experience in the Change Management discipline.Experience in leading or supporting change and transformation initiatives.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to deliver clear, simple & effective styles of facilitation and presentations.Experienced in the use of change management methodologies such as PROSCI and similar frameworks.Strong understanding of the commercial wholesale lending environment within ANZ will be highly regarded.Strong planning, co-ordination, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.Flexible and adaptable (able to work in ambiguous, fast paced, and cross-functional environments).A strong execution mindset and ability to deliver quality outputs within required timeframes, and be able to make decisions autonomously and communicate direction, rationale, and outcomes clearly.Ideally you may also have experience in Agile methods of working including use of Jira and Confluence.You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
