This role serves as a crucial support for the Area Business Manager and his teams, aiding with site business development initiatives, bids/tenders, and new system implementations.The Coordinator is tasked with managing the purchasing of materials for production/projects as per the established schedule or purchasing requisition instructions. They will also be responsible for sourcing and coordinating with suitable suppliers to ensure alignment with UGL’s business objectives regarding quality, availability, delivery, cost, warranties, and suitability.About You:Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Commercial Management or Business is highly desirable5-10 years of experience in a similar Supply Chain roleProficient in procurement and inventory control methods and practicesExperience in contract negotiation and administrationStrong communication skills, negotiation, and influencing skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel, email and MRP type softwareExperience in the rail, automotive, military, defence, avionics, or any other safety critical sectorsWhat We Offer:Career Growth and Development: This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.
