Brisbane Airport offers an exciting opportunity for a Unit Logistics Officer to join our team. This is a full-time role that requires strong logistics and stock management skills, with experience in aviation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage daily inventory levels of domestic and international airline equipment across all airlines.
* Engage in logistic communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sufficient stock levels.
* Receipts of all food and non-food items, ensuring HACCP compliance on all food receipts.
* Ordering of airline equipment, maintaining operational stock control, and submitting relevant customs documentation.
* Assisting with monthly stocktake and regular compliance audits.
Requirements:
* Proven knowledge of 3PL logistics, manufacturing production processes, and warehouse management.
* Sound knowledge of the airline industry is beneficial.
* Strong problem-solving skills, hands-on approach, and good verbal and written communication skills.
* Current Forklift license is essential.
* Excel and JDE or similar ERP experience would be highly regarded.
* Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
