Salary: $95,187 - $108,734 + up to 15.4% Superannuation (Includes scheduled March 2025 pay increase in accordance with the Defence Enterprise Collective Agreement 2024)
The Role
As an APS 6 Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the External Workforce Reform Branch by assisting an EL 1 in analysing and interpreting external workforce data. You will apply analytical thinking and methods to interpret data, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and support the development of models to analyse and forecast workforce demand, market usage, attrition rates and skill requirements.
The role requires the ability to collect, cleanse and interpret external workforce data from various sources and Defence systems. You will contribute to Defence’s commitment to reduce reliance on external contractors and increase its Australian Public Service (APS) workforce, consistent with Federal Government priorities.
