Purpose of Role: To carry out efficiently and professionally all tasks relating to administration duties of the Perth Airport Service Centre.
Supporting the Service Centre in administrating and coordinating service projects and jobs which includes maintenance of the SAP database, creating and managing job file documentation, quoting, job related purchasing, workflow processing, maintaining of ISO compliance databases, entering payroll data and general administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and Manage Service Orders from creation to completion, including the maintenance of SAP database, managing job file documentation, Job related purchasing, Invoicing & Reporting.
* Monitor and expedite both internal parts and external services for Service Orders.
Estimating/Quoting - including component selection and ordering.
* Liaise directly with customers and internal sales team to identify rebuild requirements.
* Working in a team environment

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in Workshop/Service Environment desirable
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
* Experience with SAP software desirable
