This position will be based at our Narangba site in Queensland. Reporting directly to the EHSQ Manager APAC, this role will ensure a holistic approach to the EH&S function at the Narangba site.The EHSQ Coordinator will:Maintain Emergency Plans and compliance with regulatory requirements.Write and update Work Instructions, ensuring all are relevant and up to date.Provide advice on obligations and compliance with Workplace Health and Safety Legislation.Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments on all equipment and activities.Provide First Aid to injured/ill persons, arranging transport and treatment with medical professionals.Act as RTW Coordinator for Queensland, including attending NTD and Specialist appointments with ill/injured workers.Lead the internal and external calibration of equipment in line with AS/NZS Standards.Compile EHSQ data and reports, conducting data analysis to identify required focus areas.Undertake/lead investigations into EHSQ incidents/non-conformances to identify the root cause and implement corrective and preventative actions.Coordinate EHSQ Projects as identified or agreed by the EHSQ Manager APAC and Operations Management team.About YouYou will bring previous experience in health, wellness, and rehabilitation with your friendly, approachable personality and empathy for others to thrive in this role.
