With a focus on educational empowerment, we strive to inspire and equip young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young men with the tools they need to succeed and thrive now and in the future. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team delivering impactful engagement and educational programs for indigenous youth.Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to program staff and students while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and innovation.Build strong relationships with youth participants, families, and communities, fostering trust and engagement.Plan, organise and deliver a range of activities and camps that engage young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men. Requirements: Demonstrated leadership experience in program coordination within an educational setting, preferably in remote areas.Genuine passion for empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth through education and experimental learning opportunities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to thrive in remote and challenging environments.Commitment to personal and professional growth, with a desire to contribute to the ongoing success of a growing organisation.Have high energy and have the ability to work as a part of a team. Current Drivers license, Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance.
