We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Sous Chefs & Senior Sous Chefs to join our kitchen leadership, where you will help lead a team who thrive on achieving superior food quality, presentation and taste. This role will report to each venue's Head Chef and forms an important part of our food operations. About You Experience as a Sous Chef in a similar fast-paced environment or someone looking to step up to the challenge Must have the personality and skills to manage a team fairly and lead by example Ability to create and roll out menu changes Creativity essential and knowledge of food trends Experience in preparation and execution of functions including both plated courses and cocktail style Experience in controlling food costs & labour costs in line with budgets Knowledge of food safety requirements are non-negotiable with ability to assist the Head Chef and managers in the current program Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate preferred Must have the ability to collaborate with other departments within the business If you are looking to work for a professional organisation that pays correctly and on time each week, this could be the role you have been looking for.
