THE ROLE The role of Senior Copywriter will be to support the Creative Director other creative staff to produce industry-leading creative output, from initial concept through to final production. This output encompasses everything including ATL /BTL advertising, print based collateral and branding, in addition to digital media and social content. You will have a track record for developing and creating quality creative work across all channels that has been effective in solving client problems. A minimum of 8 years of industry experience is a must with a folio that demonstrates the ability to produce world-class work. THE RESPONSIBILITIES As Senior Copywriter at Redhanded you will be an important member of the Creative Department. With a focus on conceptual thinking and creative problem solving, you will tackle a diverse array of projects for a wide variety of brands. You will be expected to partner with other team members to come up with and develop famous, attention-grabbing ideas that will have real value for a modern, highly digitally literate audience. The ideal candidates will have agency experience and a portfolio that demonstrates well-crafted work that generated positive results for clients. You will be an excellent copywriter, have a deep understanding of brand tone-of-voice, and have an ambition to do amazing, envy-of-your peers work. You will demonstrate; Proven skill of the written word and a design to become a master of the craft A track record of coming up with and developing quality creative concepts The self-starting/entrepreneurial ability to operate independently and work autonomously Experience with storytelling through film/video Excellent communication skills A high-level ability to develop, articulate and explain ideas so that others (including clients) comprehend them, love them, and buy into them Persuasive, articulate and confident in front of piers and clients Come up with innovative, thought-provoking ideas that will win awards and deliver on client objectives Excellent knowledge across most communications channels from traditional to digital Ability to liaise and develop under the guidance of the Creative Director Work as part of a high-performing team WHO WE ARE Redhanded was established in 2002 as a fully integrated advertising and communications agency specialising in integrated communications solutions for businesses that target complex audiences.
