Student Experience Coordinator – Full time

We are looking for an experienced administrator / HR administrator with a keen interest in learning and development to join our Student and Graduate Experience team on a permanent full time basis.
The focus of the Student Experience Coordinator is on supporting the end-to-end management of the student experience and associated coordinated activities across Healthscope.
Liaising with a raft of internal and external stakeholders, including People & Culture, Finance, site based teams and education providers, we need a great communicator and collaborator to build strong relationships across these stakeholder groups, enabling us to achieve positive change.
This role will be critical in establishing and embedding new centralised processes, such as billing and collections, which will be a critical enabler to realising business benefits. We are looking for a change maker, connector, problem solver and someone who is obsessed with delivering amazing customer service.
The Student Experience Coordinator will be responsible for (but not limited to):
·Managing the student support system: Act as the primary point of contact for staff needing administrative support for student-related issues, identifying and escalating consistent issues.
·Fostering creative problem-solving: Apply innovative thinking to address issues and enhance the overall student experience.
·Collaborating with stakeholders: Work closely with State Nursing Educators and the Early Careers Program Manager to support student intake and revenue targets.
·Supporting system improvements: Collaborate with sites and education providers to implement initiatives for enhancing systems, including providing training on new technologies and practices.
·Enhancing student communication: Design and manage the student portal and landing page to provide key information and resources for students.
·Ensuring efficient processes: Manage various administrative tasks such as maintaining student resources, conducting feedback surveys, and analysing relevant metrics/data points on a monthly basis.
To be successful in your application, you will need to meet the requirements below:
·Relevant experience in an administration/HR administration/coordination role, working with various systems and managing multiple concurrent activities
·Strong stakeholder engagement and influence
·Intermediate to advanced computer literacy
·Change management and training experience (highly desirable)
·Student coordination/education in a hospital environment (desirable)
·Basic knowledge of the Australian Healthcare Industry (desirable)
