Your next opportunity We are actively recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join our local Customer Service Centre at Perth Airport. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for capturing orders, providing delivery updates and resolving a variety of enquiries. As the primary contact for our customers, you will actively partner with internal departments to ensure that all requirements are met. This is a fantastic stepping stone into the construction industry. Full training on processes and systems will be provided. Successful candidates will be offered full-time hours across Monday to Friday, and overtime on Saturdays. Your day will involve: Receive telephone orders and enter details into our systems Provide product information and help us improve our customer interactions by building excellent relationships with our loyal customer base Understand production capabilities of our plant and truck network to coordinate a cost-effective supply arrangement with your customer Utilise satellite vehicle tracking systems to monitor deliveries and provide delivery status information to customers Partner with Production, Sales, Technical, Transport and Credit teams What are we looking for? Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable Excellent communication and problem solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues/orders Proven ability to learn and meet the challenges of an ever changing environment Proficiency with navigating multiple systems Ability to work effectively within a team What’s on offer?
