As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Site Manager/Foreman to join our dynamic team and help bring our vision to life. The Role As a Site Manager/Foreman, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of 1 or maybe 2 construction projects at a time, ensuring they run smoothly, within budget, and on schedule. You'll work across a range of custom luxury projects, collaborating closely with directors and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for building high-quality homes. If you're an experienced foreman, site supervisor, or construction/site manager looking to make an impact and take complete ownership of projects both on and off-site, this is the perfect role for you. While the majority of your time will be spent leading the team and coordinating tasks, there will be moments when you'll step in on-site to lead by example, especially on more challenging tasks that require your expertise. Whether it's getting the team motivated, setting up complex tasks, or tackling high-risk elements, you'll provide the hands-on leadership needed to keep everything running smoothly and ensure quality is never compromised.
