COO/Operations Manager - Modular Manufacturer

Responsibilities:
* Maximize productivity and throughput through lean practices
* Drive and manage continuous improvement projects to improve safety, productivity and profitability
* Document, implement and refine systems and procedures
* Drive implementation of technology and automation to reduce workload
* Develop, implement and manage HSEQ policies
* Regular reporting on WIP, LTIs, NCRs, Productivity and a weekly P&L
* Develop and monitor team KPIs
* Management and development of team members holding regular One on Ones
* Labour scheduling and allocation
* Oversee project delivery department, managing customer communication and experience
* Oversee quality control
* Cost analysis and control
* Procurement and purchasing
* Inventory management
* Management of annual budgets and forecasts
* Work with estimating to ensure costing of projects is accurate
* Management and tracking of internal projects
What you’ll need:
* Experienced in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
* Experienced in manufacturing
* Ideally, experience in lean management & Six Sigma
* Experience managing a team of 10+ staff
