Week 1allows you to experiment, make mistakes, and learn fromthem.Weeks 2-12 – Experiential Discovery: The bestway to master the art of therapy is through experientialdiscovery – a dynamic, hands-on approach that immerses you inreal-life situations. The support you receive as a 360 Graduate includes:Observational sessions – before you take on your firstclient, you will have the opportunity to observe theend-to-end client process through observing experiencedtherapists within your local team.Joint appointments – your initial client sessions willbe completed with your Clinical Supervisor, who willprovide you with real-time support and feedback torefine your approach.Self-directed learning – our online library has beendeveloped over many years by our ClinicalPractice Advisors and Clinical Leads, coveringevery topic you can think of!
