Job Summary
This role is for a Disability Support Worker to support clients with Complex Mental Health in their homes and communities. The position requires working a 24-hour roster, 7 days a week, with various shifts available. Responsibilities include personal care, domestic assistance, community access, manual handling, and medication administration.
Your Role
You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, including:
* Personal care and domestic assistance
* Community access and socialization
* Manual handling and mobility assistance
* Medication administration and management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 6 months' experience supporting individuals with disabilities
* Cert III or higher in a relevant field
* Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
* Working With Children check and NDIS Worker Check
* National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
* Driver's licence and own comprehensively insured car (preferred)
