We are establishing an appointment pool for vacancies that arise up to 12 months from the first appointment.
Appointments may be made on a full-time, part-time, casual, permanent or fixed-term contract basis with possible further term and and/or permanency.
Suitable candidates will be placed in the appointment pool from which opportunities may be offered as vacancies arise. Candidates may also be considered for similar positions within South Metropolitan TAFE as they arise during the life of the pool. If the appointment pool is exhausted prior to the pool expiry date, we reserve the right to supplement the pool through further advertising.

About the role
Provides quality corporate information management support services for customers across the College. Registers significant documents into the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS), responds to staff requests and assists with the processing of records for storage.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in information management in a state government context. With well developed knowledge in the areas of information lifecycles and customer service.
