This role will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) for new payment methods that enable affordable purchases, create engaging customer communications, and lead performance marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional and external partner teams to deliver measurable results.Key job responsibilitiesWork on creating compelling customer value proposition and messaging frameworks for target segmentsDevelop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, acquisition and engagementBuild and implement data-driven marketing campaigns by analyzing customer segments and behavior patternsGuide creative development of marketing materials and campaigns that reflect the value proposition and resonate with customersBuild relationships with cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing initiativesCollaborate with external partner marketing teams for combined approach leveraging own and partner channels to acquire and engage customersMeasure, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and customer experienceOptimize customer messaging frameworks and tactical campaigns to improve adoption of payment methodsA day in the lifeYour day might start with reviewing performance metrics from recent marketing campaigns, followed by collaborating with business and partner teams to identify ways to engage different customer segments.
You could spend time crafting effective campaign approaches, meeting with cross functional teams to enhance customer communications, or working with external partner teams to launch new promotional strategies.

We value collaboration, creativity, and a shared commitment to enhancing the payment experience for customers.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements- Experience in driving adoption of digital payment methods, e-commerce transactions or other financial products.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting- Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
