The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience, strong IT skills, and a proven ability to manage client relations effectively.
If you excel in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive on keeping things organised while managing multiple tasks, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Contributing to the delivery of a year-round Events, Training and Awards program Encouraging industry participation in a range of programs Maintenance of databases, online programs, procedures and records relating to the running of the programs Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for client relations Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for getting things done Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Be available to attend evening and weekend events as required Why Join?
