Job description: The Opportunity: As the company's PR Executive, you will be responsible for the PR and influencer strategy for Sephora ANZ. You will form part of the wider E-Commerce & Marketing Team and play an integral role in supporting retail initiatives, thematic campaigns and brand launches through media and influencer relations, events and key partnerships, leading Sephora's local PR Agencies. The Executive – PR, should be up to date with market trends and implement campaigns to improve Sephora's brand awareness and the awareness of key exclusive brands presence in market, aligned with the wider Marketing Strategy. You'll shine here if you enjoy… Project managing the space planning process for minor updates within the Skin and Hair categories. Maintaining Sephora's internal PR & Influencer calendars, ensuring all booked placements, brand launches and internal content is allocated. Implementing effective and measurable strategies across PR & influencer marketing. Managing the PR & influencer calendar alongside the local PR Agencies, ensuring all brand partner activity is executed in line with launch/wider marketing plans. Developing the overarching PR strategy for key marketing moments throughout the year (including but not limited to thematic campaigns, brand launches, store openings and commercial sales). Managing Sephora's nominated PR Agencies to ensure that Sephora has top share of voice in relevant publications including traditional print PR and mainstream digital media, seeing YOY growth & stories unique to Sephora ANZ. Working with our brand partners and nominated PR Agencies to implement Sephora's press office strategy, including but not limited to; monthly send outs and product requests, priority push/campaign pitching, interview opportunities and press release writing. Managing all Sephora media events throughout the year, including two seasonal showcases and events to support the Priority Push moment. Managing Sephora's influencer strategy to ensure Sephora has a share of voice with engaged audiences, establishing and maintaining relationships with local Sephora influencers who produce content for the Sephora owned channels (IG & TikTok) to support key campaigns & marketing plans. We would love to hear from you if you have: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or Communications. Minimum 3 years of experience in PR/Influencer Relations in the Retail/E-Commerce industry, preferably in beauty, fashion or lifestyle. Excellent understanding of existing and emerging social platforms, trends and KOLs. Solid understanding of the Australian beauty media landscape. Experience in event management.
