STAUFF has a current vacancy for an experienced Administration Officer to join the Finance team at our head office in Unanderra - responsible to the Financial Controller.
This role will primarily provide administration, payroll, and accounts support for our New Zealand branch, along with other duties within the Australian finance team.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts payable and receivableProcess weekly payroll and maintenance of leave entitlements and superannuationPAYE preparationEOM ReportingQuarterly FBT lodgementMonthly account journalsAssist with Year End auditBank reconciliation and record keepingProvide general business and administrative support as requiredSelection Criteria: End to end NZ payroll processing experienceKnowledge of NZ employment / payroll legislationUnderstanding of NZ and Australian tax systemsPrior experience in an Administration/Accounts roleExcellent customer service and communication skillsIntermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and OutlookStrong computer literacy and MYOB experienceExperience with ERP systems – SAP Experience desirableIf you communicate well, have a strong commitment to customer service, a great work ethic and an eagerness to develop your skills and career, we encourage you to apply.
