Our client provides an integral part of our society, supporting older people to help them with everyday living and other needs. They develop and deliver policies and programs and advise the Australian Government on health, aged care, and sport.
Role
As the Sebel System Analyst (Designer), your primary responsibility is ensuring the quality of the end-to-end ICT solution design which includes management of the IT design competency and people operations.
Key duties and responsibilities
* Partner with business analysts and other staff at all levels within the department and external agencies to determine business requirements
* Negotiate scope within technical and resourcing limitations
* Plan and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design solutions
* Work closely with architects, UX designers, product design assurance, and developers to ensure solution and functional designs are feasible and follow established patterns and standards
* Develop & document detailed functional design specifications, user stories, mock-ups, diagrams, and other design artefacts
* (Peer) review colleagues' design deliverables and confidence checks of built functionality
* Provide advice on the relative risks of project-related activities
* Coordinate the implementation of solution designs with relevant stakeholders
* Analyse and resolve design issues raised during development and post go-live
* Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental officers
You will have
* Demonstrate 5+ years of recent experience with Siebel CRM in any role, and at least 2 years recently working as a Siebel Analyst-Designer.
* Extensive experience as a Siebel CRM designer, developer, or tester
* Prior experience working in the Australian Government, on large and complex IT systems
